CHECK-IN

It is recommended REGULAR clients arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their reserved appointment.  New clients are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes to our relaxing waiting area prior to their appointment to complete a brief one-page health form (front and back). ARRIVING LATE MAY RESULT IN A SHORTENED SESSION.  Clients are encouraged to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your massage experience.  ​

GROUPON CLIENTS

AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO BOTH THE AVAILABILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND UNEARTH THE POWER.

For individuals who purchased Groupons, they are limited to 1 per person and may purchase 1 additional Groupon as a gift --$29 for (1) one-hour session or $69 for (3) one-hour sessions.  Individuals are encouraged to provide for redemption the voucher number, the electronic or paper versions of the Groupon, upon appointment reservation.  Unearth the Power has a 12-24 hour cancellation policy.  If the appointment is made post appointment date, Rick will honor the Groupon. AMOUNT PAID NEVER EXPIRES.

APPOINTMENT/ CANCELLATIONS

ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, BASED ON THE CLIENTS FLEXIBILITY AND UNEARTH THE POWER’S OPENINGS.

In order to keep the cost of massages affordable, the hourly rate DOES NOT include gratuity and DOES NOT accept credit cards or personal checks. 

​

Our goal is to provide high-quality care in a relaxing environment.  In order to do so, we have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy.  The policy enables the Scheduling Coordinator to better utilize available appointments for clients in need of specialized and skilled treatment.

Appointments (1, 1.5, and 2 hours) and (more particularly, evenings and Saturdays) are in high demand.  Early cancellation notice will allow the Scheduling Coordinator an opportunity to offer the available appointment to another client.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 12-24 hours notice, unless there is an emergency;. This will allow us to reallocate the time to other clients who have been waiting for an appointment. Repeated cancellations or no-shows are disruptive and hinders our ability to provide sufficient notice of an opening to other clients.
