OTHER RELAXING OPTIONS INCLUDE:  A heated pad on a memory foam massage table, a trickling water fountain, soothing color-changing lamps and soft music in the background.  Warm bottles are used to warm up and stimulate muscle pliability, allowing for deeper penetration and faster healing.
